For the past 33 years, the Arizona desert has been my home. The beauty of Bullhead City and Mohave Valley captured my heart, and it’s where I planted my roots. I am the proud mother of four children who were all raised here enjoying the outdoors as a family. We spend our free time camping, off roading, hiking, and playing on the river among other activities. These moments bring me the greatest joy.
My career as a REALTOR® began in 2016 with Keller Williams Arizona Living Realty where I continue as an agent. I enjoy staying up to date with market trends and am always interested in new technology. Anything I can learn, share, and benefit from is something I pursue.
I currently serve on the Bullhead City / Mohave Valley Association of Realtor®s Board and the WARDEX Board. I am always interested in participating directly and engaging with my community, so I also serve on the BHCMVAR Events Committee.
My favorite part about being a REALTOR® is the many ways you can help others. It’s more than helping buyers and sellers achieve their dreams and goals. It’s helping other agents, participating in the community, becoming active in groups that focus on Real Estate Professionals, and feeling good about what you accomplished at the end of each day.

With extensive experience in project management, technology development, MLS systems, transaction management, CRM platforms, digital marketing, and real estate solutions, I am passionate about helping brokers and agents work more efficiently while enhancing the client experience.
I believe the MLS is the backbone of real estate success. It is the foundation of cooperation, data integrity, and professional collaboration within our industry. I am committed to advocating for technology that is practical, reliable, and forward-thinking, while ensuring new tools remain accessible and valuable to brokerages of all sizes.
My focus as a member of the Momentum MLS Board is to help evaluate emerging technologies, improve system usability, promote accurate data standards, and identify innovations that increase efficiency for REALTORS® while maintaining the integrity of the MLS. I bring the perspective of a local brokerage, along with a strong commitment to ensuring technology continues to evolve in ways that benefit both real estate professionals and the consumers we represent.

I’ve been proud to call Kingman, AZ home for more than 20 years — and I’ve spent just as long helping others find their place here as a dedicated real estate professional. I’m college‑educated, a GRI Graduate, and an active member of the Kingman First Friday Committee, because being involved in this community matters to me as much as serving it.
Outside of real estate, I’m a cat lover, dog enthusiast, and a big believer that life is better with good food — especially Mexican food. I love exploring our local restaurants, camping under the desert sky, getting lost in a good book, tending to my garden, and dancing whenever the mood strikes. I’m also happily married to my high school sweetheart, and we’re still building a life here that we love.

Born and raised in Guatemala, I moved to Bullhead City in 1998 and have been actively involved in the local real estate community since obtaining my real estate license in 2006. I am bilingual and currently serve as the Designated Broker for PMI US Southwest, specializing in commercial property management and maintenance oversight for diverse property portfolios throughout Arizona.
I joined the US Southwest team in 2015 and am proud to serve as a member of the Momentum MLS Board of Directors. I have also held a Nevada real estate license since 2021 and am a member of the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS®.
Throughout my career, I have remained committed to educating my clients and ensuring that every buyer and seller fully understands the complexities of their real estate transactions. I believe that providing clear communication, valuable guidance, and a strong foundation of knowledge helps clients make informed decisions with confidence.
